Dear my Ladies and gentlemen

Dear my fellow students of Senior High School students throughout the South Central Timor regency, Malaka regency and North Central of Timor regency.

Through this occasion, let me to tell you that Fides Quaerens Intelectum Volleyball Championship is an annual event conducted by the students of Fides Quaerens Intelectum Catholic Senior High School Sasi Kefamenanu Timor.

Fides Quaerens Intelectum Volleyball Championship has been conducted for seven times and this is the seventh.

The seventh Fides Quaerens Intelectum Volleyball Championship could be conducted successfully; it is not because we have good capital of power and finance. But it is because we have two main great capitals. We have Fides or Faith and we have intelectum or intellect.

Fides or Faith gave us strong or firm believe that we have intellect of capability and capacity, while Intelectum or intellect gave us the ability to understand and to think that we have Faith and by that Faith we can do something in an intelligent way, or in a high level.

Although The seventh Fides Quaerens Intelectum Volleyball Championship was joined by 17 Senior High School students throughout the South Central Timor regency, Malaka regency and North Central of Timor regency, it was still a small event. However, through this very small event, we believe that we could lean about cooperation, organization and management. The most is we could learn about leadership.

Yes, through this very small event, the Fides Quaerens Intelectum Volleyball Championship, we could learn much about leadership. Therefore, we do believe that through Fides Quaerens Intelectum Volleyball Championship will come and grow some future leaders among us; the committee and the participants as well.

Yes, we have learnt much from Fides Quaerens Intelectum Volleyball Championship. And this very small event would give us greater stride and greater leap to achieve our heights for we all are potentially the future leaders.

Finally, kindly apologize me to recall the memories of the audiences; it is said that the government has allocated a big amount of fund for Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga TTU, KONI TTU, PSSI TTU and PBVSI TTU to hold some educated events like science and sport Olympiads for the youth especially the students of Senior High School. However, I have never heard if those institutions have ever conducted such an event like what has been done by the students of Fides Quaerens Intelectum.

However, please do not worry where to actualize your potential in sport and other intellectual activities. You still have us and so we will always and always facilitate you.

On the behalf of the students of Fides Quaerens Intelectum, I could give Congratulation for:

1.      SMA Kristen EFATA SOE as the first winner

2.      SMA NEGERI 2 KEFAMENANU as the second winner

3.      SMA NEGERI PANTAI UTARA as the third winner

4.      SMA NEGERI BIKOMI UTARA as the fourth winner

5.      VALENT DA SILVA as the most favorite player
